Media Reconciliation Specialist Position available for Asher Media based in Dallas (required to work 3 days/week in the office). We are seeking a Media Reconciliation Specialist (Media Coordinator) at our Media Agency to become an integral part of our team! You will reconcile invoices, send insertion orders to the media vendors, verify advertisement placement in all media outlets (Print, Digital, Out of Home, Social, etc.) Responsibilities: Assist the media team by analyzing media buys, insertion orders, media delivery and invoices for accuracy Work closely with the internal teams, media publishers and platforms (Hulu, ABC, ESPN, etc.), and ad tech vendors
