What to Expect

The approximately six-month program is designed to create consistent opportunities for learning, connection, and growth. Depending on availability, the experience may include one-on-one virtual or in-person meetings, monthly mentor check-ins, skill-building workshops, industry panels and Q&A sessions, virtual studio tours, guest speakers, career-shadowing experiences, and other industry exposure opportunities.

Successful mentorship requires active participation from both sides. Mentees should set clear goals, arrive prepared, communicate professionally, and follow through on agreed action items. Mentors are encouraged to share experiences, offer constructive guidance, review professional materials when appropriate, and help mentees identify opportunities for growth. Specific timelines, meeting expectations, and program requirements will be shared with selected participants.
