LHH is currently recruiting for an Influencer & Social Media Specialist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Frisco, TX area. This role will support brand engagement, influencer partnerships, and day-to-day social community management. This is a great opportunity for an early-career social media professional who is highly creative, trend-aware, comfortable engaging online communities, and excited to be on camera as part of social content creation. This is a fully onsite role at our client’s office in the Frisco area.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the brand’s social community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and follower interactions in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate voice.
- Assist with influencer outreach, relationship management, campaign coordination, content tracking, and follow-up communication.
- Monitor social conversations, trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and content ideas.
- Create, capture, and/or appear in short-form social content, including Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes videos, product or service spotlights, and community-driven content.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and brand teams to help develop content that aligns with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Encourage user-generated content and help identify community members, customers, creators, or influencers who may be strong brand advocates.
- Track basic engagement metrics, community growth, influencer activity, and content performance to help inform future social strategy.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, creator trends, and best practices for community engagement.
