Perform preventative maintenance on master control, studio and production equipment. Prefer candidate with knowledge of on-air operations to include master control, technical operations center, ENG and SNG operation.  Successful candidate will have knowledge in the repair of studio equipment to include cameras, robotics, automation systems, a/v routing as well as networked media and file-based workflows. Successful candidate should also have a working knowledge of RF systems to include transmitters, receivers and microwave equipment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two (2) years' technical school in electronics or equivalent desired. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in broadcast maintenance in medium or large television market is required. Position requires handling of multiple demands with professionalism and results and must be able to possess strong communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and work in a cohesive team environment is a must. Working knowledge of IT a plus. The candidate must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as necessary. Other duties may be assigned to the position as deemed appropriate and necessary.
