NATIONAL SALES ASSISTANT: The National Sales Assistant assists the National Sales Manager.  The National Sales Assistant is responsible for the day to day tasks involved with the national order activity process.  These tasks include but are not limited to order entry, contract maintenance, contract reconciliation and the posting of contracts. The National Sales Assistant will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of both the Order Connect system and Wide Orbit paperwork, as well as the filing of national contracts.  The National Sales Assistant will be in constant communication with the National Sales Manager, the national rep firm, the Traffic Department and agencies / advertisers.    

The National Sales Assistant must have good communication skills.  They must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.  The National Sales Assistant must be computer proficient and will be required to learn industry specific software and create sales presentations.    Broadcast sales assistant experience preferred.  College degree with emphasis in Advertising, Marketing or Business preferred.  Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel.  Must be highly organized and detail oriented.  Strong mathematical skills required.
